Your Life Has Too Many Tabs Open. I Made You a Toolbox.

Meet the Pretty F*cking Useful Toolbox: six beautiful, private web tools for your tasks, money, job hunt, home, meals and actual goals.
There is a very specific moment in adulthood when you realize your life is being held together by a haunted Notes app, seventeen browser tabs, three unopened planners and the dangerous belief that you will “definitely remember that.”
You will not remember that.
I know this because I, too, have tried to store an entire adult life inside my skull while managing bills, appointments, career decisions, home repairs, groceries and the low-grade suspicion that I was forgetting something expensive.
So I built the thing I desperately wanted but could not find:
The Pretty F*cking Useful Toolbox
It is a collection of six beautifully designed, browser-based tools that help you organize the parts of life most likely to become a tiny trash fire.
Not a stack of ugly spreadsheets.
Not a 74-page printable that requires a printer, a hole punch and a sudden personality transplant.
Not a Notion template that makes you watch a 38-minute tutorial before you can remember why you opened it.
The Toolbox is simple, private and ready to use in your browser. Sign in from your phone, tablet or computer and your information stays inside your own account. No subscription. No extra software. No pretending beige is a personality.
It is organization for women who want their lives to function and look good doing it.
And yes, it swears—because sometimes “gently optimize your personal productivity ecosystem” is not the energy we need.
Sometimes we need to get our shit together.
Six tools. Six recurring life crises. One much calmer brain.

1. Get Your Sh*t Together
This is your command center for everything currently ricocheting around your brain.
Track tasks by energy, category and due date. Keep appointments, deadlines and places you need to be from disappearing into the void. Add things you are waiting on, unload your thoughts into a searchable brain dump and build a short list that does not require the stamina of an Olympic athlete.
There is even a magical “please pick for me” button for the days when making one more decision feels personally offensive.
Because productivity should account for the energy your body actually has—not the imaginary energy possessed by the woman in your aspirational Sunday-night planner routine.
Best for: Busy brains, chronic list-makers, recovering perfectionists and anyone who has ever put “make a better to-do list” on her to-do list.

2. Pay Your Damn Bills
Money is emotional. The math is not.
This tool gives you a clear view of your bills, due dates, budget, subscriptions, savings and debt progress without turning any of those numbers into a personality assessment.
See what has been paid, what still wants your attention and what is actually left after the bills are handled. Audit the digital barnacles quietly charging your card every month. Track savings and debt progress without needing twelve formulas and a degree in spreadsheet sorcery.
No shame spiral. No financial influencer yelling at you about coffee. Just the numbers, organized clearly, so you can decide what happens next.
Best for: Anyone who avoids checking an account because the vibes seem suspicious, wants to cancel forgotten subscriptions or would simply like her money information to stop living in six different places.

3. Find a Better F*cking Job
Because 73 browser tabs and one haunted Notes app are not a job-search strategy.
Track applications, interview dates, preparation notes, contacts, referrals, follow-ups and offers in one private career dashboard. See what is active, what needs a next step and who you should follow up with—confidently, not clingily.
Keep the entire job hunt together from “maybe I should apply” to “which offer am I taking?” You can stop wondering whether you already applied to that company, which résumé you sent and when the recruiter said she would circle back.
And when offers arrive, compare them without panic math or a kitchen table covered in sticky notes.
Best for: Job seekers, career changers, women returning to work and anyone ready to stop treating “good enough” like a long-term career plan.
Career truth: You are not asking for too much.

4. Homeownership Is a F*cking Plot Twist
Buying the house was apparently only the beginning.
This tool gives every repair, warranty, contractor, estimate and suspicious little noise a permanent home. Organize repairs by room and urgency, schedule routine maintenance, keep warranty details where you can actually find them and record contractor information before the business card disappears forever.
It creates a useful history of the work completed on your house—and helps you catch the boring maintenance before it auditions for the role of Expensive Emergency.
Best for: First-time homeowners, longtime homeowners who still have no idea where the water-heater paperwork is and anyone who has stared at a mysterious ceiling spot while whispering, “Please be old.”
House truth: Maintenance is cheaper than a plot twist.

5. What the F*ck Are We Eating?
It is 5:47 p.m. You have eaten a handful of almonds. Someone asks what is for dinner. Suddenly, moving into the woods feels reasonable.
This is a flexible meal system for people who cannot answer that question seven nights a week.
Create a loose weekly meal plan, build a grocery list based on what you actually need, keep track of what is already in the pantry, save recipes by effort and time, and make a use-it-up list before the spinach gives up completely.
This is not a meal plan built for a fictional woman who spends every Sunday portioning quinoa into glass containers. “Freezer soup and good bread” is a plan. “Snack plate, call it tapas” is also a plan.
Best for: Decision-fatigued humans, grocery over-buyers, pantry archaeologists and anyone who has purchased another jar of cumin because checking the cabinet felt like too much work.
Dinner truth: Feeding yourself counts, even if it is weird.

6. Not a Vision Board. A F*cking Plan.
Less manifestation theater. More honest goals, boundaries and doable next steps.
Start with a real life audit—not the shiny version designed for public consumption. Decide what you actually want, connect each goal to a next action and turn it into a focused 90-day plan. Track tiny habits that support the life you are building and save boundary scripts you can use when your brain would normally panic and say, “Sure, no problem!”
This is not about becoming a new woman by Monday. It is about making small, specific moves toward a life that fits the woman you already are.
Best for: Women in transition, recovering people-pleasers, fresh-start addicts and anyone with a beautiful vision board that has never once scheduled a dentist appointment.
Plan truth: A goal without a next step is décor.
Why this is different from the digital planners you already abandoned
I did not want to sell you another file that would immediately vanish into your Downloads folder.
The Pretty F*cking Useful Toolbox is a hosted web experience. You open it in a browser, sign in and use it. Your tools live together inside one private account, and your information remains separate from everyone else’s.
You do not need Excel.
You do not need Google Sheets.
You do not need Notion.
You do not need a printer, a binder, seventeen pastel highlighters or the patience to build the system yourself.
You just need a modern browser and a life with at least one area currently being held together by hope.
Buy the tool you need—or get the whole damn thing
Each tool is available individually for $14, so you can start with the particular corner of your life that is yelling the loudest.
But if several corners are yelling—and adulthood does love surround sound—the complete six-tool bundle is $39, a savings of $45 compared with purchasing all six separately.
At launch, the complete bundle is 30% off at $27.30. That is all six tools for less than the price of two at regular individual pricing.
No subscription. No monthly fee waiting to become another digital barnacle. Just one purchase and access to the tools included in your order.
Improvements to a tool you own can appear automatically, so you do not have to download a new version every time I make it even prettier or more useful. New standalone tools, premium sections or future add-ons are not automatically included unless the listing specifically says they are.

How access works
After purchasing through Etsy, you will receive a personalized access PDF through Etsy Messages within one business day. The PDF includes your private, one-time access code and simple instructions.
Visit toolbox.turasona.com, sign in, enter the code and your purchased tool—or the complete bundle—will unlock inside your account.
That code can only be claimed once. Once it is connected to your account, you simply sign in to return to your toolbox. Sharing the original code will not give someone access to your tools or your information.
One person. One private toolbox. Considerably fewer haunted notes.
Frequently asked questions, because I know how the internet works
Is this an instant downloadable planner?
You will receive a personalized digital access PDF, but the actual Toolbox is a hosted web app. Nothing needs to be installed or printed.
Do I need Excel, Google Sheets or Notion?
No. You only need internet access and a modern browser.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. You can access your toolbox through a browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
Is there a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase for the tool or bundle included in your order.
Can I share my code?
No. Each code can be claimed once and is licensed to one user. Once redeemed, access is connected to that person’s account.
Will other buyers see my information?
No. Each buyer signs into her own private account and uses the tools independently.
What happens when you improve the Toolbox?
Updates to a tool you already own can appear automatically. You do not need to download a replacement version. Future standalone products or paid add-ons are separate unless I specifically include them as a perk.
Can I purchase only one tool?
Absolutely. Each of the six tools is available separately. The bundle is simply the best value if you want the entire suite.
This is the tool I needed when everything changed at once
The Pretty F*cking Useful Toolbox was built for the seasons when life refuses to stay in one tidy category.
When you are looking for a job while watching every dollar.
When you bought your first house and immediately learned the phrase “routine HVAC maintenance.”
When you are trying to build a future while also figuring out what to eat tonight.
When you are capable, smart and doing your absolute best—but your best is currently scattered across twelve lists and the back of an envelope.
You do not need more discipline. You do not need a prettier way to shame yourself. You need a system that understands real life: limited energy, changing priorities, weird weeks, ambitious dreams and the occasional dinner made entirely of snacks.
That is what I built.
It is beautiful. It is funny. It is extremely useful.
And it is ready whenever you are.
